I joined Slimming World on 29 June 2018.
My brother was getting married and I’d intended to join for several weeks earlier to try and shed a few pounds beforehand but for one reason or another I didn’t quite get around to it. As a result, two days before the wedding I tried on my outfit and discovered the size 16 dress I’d bought a few weeks beforehand no longer fitted comfortably so I had to rush out and exchange it for the size 18.
